If an order is placed Friday – Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday.

All shipping zones have two rates, LARGE and SMALL.

Orders with only Mini-Traces will use the SMALL Item Rate.

Any order with a Blackbow will use the LARGE Item Rate

(eg. If a Mini-Trace is ordered together with a Blackbow, then the order will use the LARGE Item Rate).

Which couriers do we use?

All items within New Zealand are shipped using Post Haste.

All orders will be delivered as ‘Signature Required’.

Once we ship your order we’ll email you the details so that you’ll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the Post Haste Track and Trace facility on-line.

 

 

How long does it take for me to receive my items?

Your items are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. Most orders are received within two days. Addresses in rural areas usually receive their order in 3-4 days.

Using their International Air service is the most cost effective option for international shipping which does not provide tracking.

Using their International Courier (EMS) service will incur an additional cost however it provides a prioritized delivery with door to door tracking.

All shipments are cover by insurance.

International Air has a 10 – 20 day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.

International Courier has a 6 – 11 day delivery target to over 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide.

 

Do I have to pay import taxes / duties?

Possibly, but most orders should fall under the threshold value ($1000) that requires customs clearance in Australia.

If any duty or import taxes do apply to your order, then you will be contacted once the order arrives in your country to settle any amounts.
